Privacy Policy
One email. Nothing else.
The only personal detail dMAT.practice keeps is your email address, received through Sign in with Google. It is your login, your receipt, and the key that unlocks your access. There is no password. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or documents, we run no advertising, we use no tracking cookies, and you can delete your account yourself at any time.
1. Who is responsible
NinjaMinds Software Solutions (“NinjaMinds”, “we”) provides dMAT.practice and decides how the data described here is handled.
2. What we collect and why
- Your email address — received from Google when you sign in with Google, together with Google’s confirmation that the address is verified. We read nothing else from your Google account. Used to grant and verify your access, to tie your purchase to you, and to trace a leaked capture to the account that made it (a faint watermark of your email and a short code appears on protected screens).
- Payment references from Razorpay — an order id, a payment id, the amount, currency and payment status. We never receive your card number, UPI id, bank details or any other payment credential; those are entered in Razorpay’s own window.
- Technical request data — your IP address and request metadata are processed transiently by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver the site and defend it against abuse. We do not build profiles from it.
3. What stays on your device
Your access token, your progress, your scores, your bookmarks and your missed-item lists are stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device. They are not uploaded to us. Clearing your browser data removes them; your paid access is always reachable again by signing in with Google.
4. Who else handles data
- Google — provides Sign in with Google. The sign-in itself happens with Google under its own privacy policy; Google then tells us your verified email address and nothing more.
- Razorpay — processes your payment under its own terms and privacy policy. Its checkout window may ask you for a phone number or email; that information goes to Razorpay, not to us.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, serves its API and holds our small database of emails and payment references, on servers it operates. Our database is located in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces load from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads, as it does for any site using Google Fonts.
We do not sell, rent or share your email with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing.
5. Cookies and tracking
dMAT.practice sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no trackers. Razorpay may set cookies inside its own payment window, governed by its policy.
6. How long we keep it
Your email and payment references are kept for your 12-month access period and afterwards for as long as accounting and legal obligations require, then deleted.
7. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access tokens are cryptographically signed and cannot be altered without detection. Payment secrets live only on our servers. No card or bank data ever touches our systems.
8. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any other law that applies to you, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can do the most important one yourself: Delete account in the app’s sidebar removes your email and your entitlement immediately and replaces the email on payment records with an irreversible hash. That ends your access, since the email is what your access is tied to, and it is not refunded. NinjaMinds Software Solutions, as the data fiduciary, handles any other request through the channels it publishes for that purpose.
9. Children
The Service is intended for people aged 18 or over, or younger candidates using it with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will appear here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
