Refund & Cancellation Policy
Delivered instantly, so read this before you pay.
dMAT.practice is digital content. The complete bank opens the moment your payment is verified — there is nothing to ship and nothing to return. For that reason, a completed purchase is not refundable except in the specific cases below.
1. Nothing to cancel
There is no subscription and no renewal. You pay once for 12 months of access, and no further charge is ever taken. Simply stopping use costs nothing and needs no cancellation.
2. When a refund is available
- Duplicate charge — if the same email was charged more than once for the same access, the duplicate payment is refunded in full.
- Paid but not delivered — if Razorpay confirms your payment as successful but access was not granted and cannot be reached by signing in with Google, the payment is refunded in full.
- Service discontinued — if we permanently close dMAT.practice during your access period, the unused part of your fee is refunded pro rata.
3. When a refund is not available
- Change of mind, or no longer needing to sit the dMAT.
- Not using, or using only part of, the material.
- Dissatisfaction with your own score on the dMAT or with any admission or visa outcome. Preparation is what we sell; results are decided elsewhere.
- Access ended for a breach of the Terms, such as sharing or copying the material.
- Loss of the Google account the access is tied to.
- Deleting your account. Deletion is your choice, takes effect immediately and ends access; no refund is due for the unused part of the period.
4. Failed or pending payments
If a payment fails, or is debited but never confirmed by Razorpay, no access is granted and the amount is reversed automatically by Razorpay and your bank, normally within 5–7 working days. This is not a refund by us; it is the payment being undone.
5. How refunds are paid
Eligible refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once issued, the time it takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 working days.
6. Try before you pay
Everything about the product — what it contains, how the papers are timed, how grading works and what it costs — is explained before checkout. If anything is unclear, decide it before paying, because payment is the point at which delivery is complete.
