Terms of Service
Plain terms for a simple product.
dMAT.practice (“the Service”) is provided by NinjaMinds Software Solutions (“NinjaMinds”, “we”, “us”). By opening the Service or paying for access you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Disclaimer, all of which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What you are buying
- A personal, non-transferable licence for one candidate to use the dMAT.practice question bank, timed papers, practice modules, answer review and progress tools.
- Access lasts 12 months from the date of payment, on any device you personally use, and includes everything added to the bank during that period.
- Access is tied to the Google account email you sign in with. There is no password: signing in with Google on any device is how you reach your access, and that email is your receipt.
- Access to the material is the product. There is no physical delivery, no live tuition, and no subscription that renews.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You must sign in with a Google account you control.
3. Price and payment
- The price is shown at checkout in Indian rupees and is charged once. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount charged.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered in Razorpay’s own secure window and never reach us. Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
- Access is granted only after the payment is verified with Razorpay. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, nothing is charged and no access is granted.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
The material is licensed to you alone. You agree not to:
- share your access, your email login or your access token with anyone, or let anyone else sit sets on your account;
- copy, download, photograph, screen-record, print, scrape, transcribe or otherwise reproduce any question, figure, passage, answer or note, in whole or in part;
- publish, sell, distribute or teach from the material, or use it to build any other product or service;
- bypass, disable or interfere with the timing, grading, watermarking, content-protection or payment mechanisms;
- access the Service by automated means, or probe or overload its infrastructure.
Every protected screen carries a faint watermark of the account viewing it, so a leaked capture is traceable to the account that made it. A breach of this section ends your licence immediately, without refund, and we may pursue any further remedy the law allows.
5. Our content
The question bank, figures, passages, worked notes, software, design and the name dMAT.practice are owned by NinjaMinds or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. The names of examinations and institutions belong to their owners; see the Disclaimer. dMAT.practice is an independent study aid and is not an official training document. The material is original, designed with the published sample tasks in mind; it is not copied from the dMAT or from g.a.s.t.’s materials, and we do not guarantee that it is free of errors.
6. Availability and changes
- We may add, correct, reorganise or withdraw content at any time — for example, an item is withheld while its answer is under review.
- We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. Maintenance, faults, or failures of third-party providers may interrupt access; we will restore it as quickly as we reasonably can.
- If we permanently discontinue the Service during your access period, we will refund the unused part of your fee pro rata to your original payment method.
7. No guarantee of results
The Service helps you prepare. It does not, and cannot, promise any score on the dMAT, any APS outcome, any admission or any visa. Those decisions are made by others, on their own criteria.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, NinjaMinds excludes all warranties not expressly stated here, is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and limits its total liability for any claim connected with the Service to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may delete your account from inside it. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your entitlement is removed, access ends at once, and no refund is due for any unused part of the period. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top tells you which version applies; material changes will be shown on this page before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
